We believe that God wants us to transform lives and make disciples.  Our Life Transformation Process guides a person in the milestones of his or her spiritual growth and in belonging to the church.  We have many interesting courses offered through the year, including four key courses that we encourage every worshipper to attend - the LTP 101, 201, 301, and 401 courses. Our Life Transformation Process is more than just courses however, it is how we grow as Christians wholistically in all areas of our lives and how we are equipped to serve in the specific ministries God has called us to.

LTP 101 Belonging to WEFC
As a new visitor to WEFC, we invite you to attend LTP 101 Belonging to WEFC, specially designed for you.  In small groups, with time for discussion and interaction, you will be guided in being sure of your faith and understanding our vision and strategy.  We will discuss our Statement of Faith, what we believe, membership and our structure as a church.

LTP Saturdays & Sundays
Throughout the year we hold selected LTP classes on Saturdays or Sundays.  Saturdays are usually a seminar style course, while Sundays are a series of classes over 4-8 weeks.  We vary the timing and days of key LTP courses so you can definitely attend one of those times.

LTP Wednesdays
Twice a year, we hold events called LTP Wednesdays where many different classes are offered at the same time.  You may sign up for any one of these classes.  Everyone begins worship together at 8pm after which we go for our own classes in church.  It's an exciting time to come together to learn and be equipped for ministry.
